When will my order arrive?

After payment is received, it takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. After we ship your order, it can take anywhere between 4-7 business days for your item to arrive.

 

**PLEASE NOTE - It takes 2 - 5 business days for orders to ship for international orders and 10 - 14 days to deliver excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Do you ship international order?

 Yes, but not all items ship internationally, if the item is not available, you (the customer) will receive a full refund. If the item is available please keep in mind, it can take 10 - 14 days to deliver excluding weekends and holidays.

 

**PLEASE NOTE - For international orders it can take 2 - 5 business days to ship and 10 - 14 days to deliver excluding weekends and holidays. Only items that has "This item can also be shipped worldwide" in the description can be ship worldwide.  Any other items without this statement are ship only within the US territories and it will be deliver between 4 - 7 business days.

 

What happen if my item is out of stock?

If your item is out of stock for any reason, you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method.

How does your return process work?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry (unless is a broken one) etc. If you are in doubt please message us before making your purchase. We will glad to help.

 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
