When will my order arrive?

After payment is received, it takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. After we ship your order, it can take anywhere between 3-6 business days for your item to arrive. In some cases depending on the item, some US customer will receive their items in different shipping time frame. This information will be under the shipping info of the item you are looking at.

 

**PLEASE NOTE - It takes 2 - 5 business days for orders to ship for international/worldwide orders and 8 - 14 days to deliver excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Do you ship international order?

 Yes, but not all items ship internationally, if the item is not available, you (the customer) will receive a full refund. If the item is available please keep in mind, it can take 8 - 14 days to deliver excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

 **QUICK NOTE - Only the items that states "worldwide" are the only items that will ship international. This will include US customers. If US customer is ordering an item that is unavailable in the US, but is available worldwide feel free to do so, but please understand that this mean longer shipping time frame 8-14 day delivery.

 Example: Bodysuit size M is unavailable in the US, but is available worldwide, you can still order, but will take longer to receive. This will ONLY be acceptable for US customers. Customers outside the US must ONLY order items that states worldwide. Thanks for your understanding.

 

What happen if my item is out of stock?

If your item is out of stock for any reason, you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method.

How does your return process work?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry (unless is a broken one) etc. If you are in doubt please message us before making your purchase. We will glad to help.

 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
